Blog 1.1 and Forum 4.1 released

May 30, 2004

Building on a bunch of great ideas from an Orca script user, I've done a great deal of HTML and CSS layout editing of the forum and blog which you might not notice on the surface.

Needless to say, these edits will make the generated pages much more structured using a list format instead of simple div tags.

Another addition, which a lot of people have been waiting/asking for is the ability to display full comments on the main blog page underneath each entry. This to avoid having to click through each comment title to see them. I'm happy to say that such functionality has arrived, already implemented in my own blog and on the test blog. Check them out and see what I mean!

I also updated the Buffered Text-fade javascript with a little bit of extra code that handles false mouseover/mouseout events in certain cases.

Anyway, cheers until next time, and here's hoping for Calgary! :)

Oh so very nice! I just updated to the new blog and I am very impressed with it. Thanks for taking the time to work on this project. I know I am not the only one who appreciates it.
